Semtex was given his name because the explosive power he possesses in his hands. He is both a feared and revered striker in the world of Mixed Martial Arts and a has been ranked in Europe’s Top 5 Welterweights for the last 5 years and has also spent the last 2 years in the World’s Top 20 rankings.

Paul is local to Nottingham and formed an early alliance with fellow Nottingham based fighter Dan ‘The Outlaw’ Hardy. The two of them are the founding members of Team Rough House which is made up of the UK’s elite MMA fighters including the likes of; Dean ‘The Renegade’ Amasinger, ‘Slick’ Nick Osipczak, Andre Winner, Jimmy Wallhead. Semtex has achieved a lot through his coaching team which include some of the most reputable trainers in the UK.
